Shipping & Returns Policy

This Shipping and Returns Policy is part of our Terms of Use ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms: http://www.avay.tech/terms-of-use. Please carefully review our Shipping and Returns Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.


DELIVERY OPTIONS

 

In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is available for all purchases. Pickups are available by appointment at care@avay.tech.We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.


Shipping Fees
Shipping within India: We offer shipping of parcels under 0.5kg at the fixed price of INR 200. All other parcels will ship at the prevailing rate quoted by the shipping agency once contacted. The customer will be notified if any additional payment needs to be made at the time the shipment is ready. Goods will be dispatched by the delivery agency only once the Company is satisfied that all payments have been completed by the customer. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

International Shipments: We offer worldwide shipping. Free shipping is not valid on international orders. Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes. For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. ORDER DELAYS


If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery. For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. For more information please refer to our Terms.


PURCHASE ISSUES AND RETURNS


If any fault or shortage in products delivered the same needs to be notified to the Company within 5 working days of receipt when informed via email to care@avay.tech. Post this replacements would be at the Company's discretion. All sales of products are final and no refund will be issued once dispatch has taken place. Prior to dispatch, cancellation would be at the Company's discretion. In the event the Company accepts an order cancellation, a refund will be issued within 5 working days.
