High Temperature PEEK Printing

How we manufacture the perfect fit

The Char-Z is our line of FDM Printers adapted to specialise in High-Temperature PEEK printing to manufacture orthopaedic implants. Our machine has an enclosed heated chamber to account for warping issues and other imprecisions common to PEEK printing use cases. Using customization via 3D printing we are capable of providing a good fit so that medical practitioners can focus less on the engineering and more on the patient.
